You reach out

Fill out the contact form. Let me know if you need a new website or want me to take a look at your current one. I'll get back to you within a day or two.

We have a conversation

We'll hop on a free discovery call, usually 20-30 minutes. I'll ask about your business, what you need, and what's worked (or hasn't) in the past. No pressure, no pitch. Just figuring out if we're a good fit.

Before the call, I'll ask you to gather a few things: your logo files (any format you have is fine) and a couple websites you like so we can talk about what appeals to you.

I send you a plan

If we're both on board, I'll send over a simple proposal. One or two pages, plain English. It'll outline what I'm building, what it costs, and the timeline. No 50-page contracts.

First month is due when you sign. That covers the design and build phase.

I build your site

I'll design and build your site on a private preview link so you can see it come together. I write the content based on our call, so you don't need to send me paragraphs of text.

We'll do two rounds of feedback: one for the overall direction, one for the details. Most sites are ready in 2-3 weeks.

We launch

Before going live, we'll do a quick walkthrough call to make sure everything's right. Once you give the thumbs up, I'll handle the technical stuff and push it live.

I keep it running

After launch, your monthly fee covers everything: hosting, security, updates, and changes. Need something tweaked? Just email me. Most small updates are done in 2-3 business days.

I'll also check in every few months to see how things are going and if anything needs updating.
