Pricing
Simple and straightforward. Here's what it costs.
Before you see any numbers
Most agencies charge $5,000–$15,000 upfront. Then they disappear.
Big retainers, long timelines, a different person on every call, and a site that's outdated before it even launches.
Or you can DIY it. Spend your weekends fighting with templates and still end up with a site that looks like every other small business online. I do it differently.
One-Time
$4,500
Own everything immediately.
Pay once and own your site outright from day one. Hosting and ongoing maintenance billed separately. Best for businesses that prefer a single upfront investment.
Monthly Plan
$175/month
For most small business sites. Bigger projects move to a custom quote.
- Built from scratch for your business (up to 5 pages, $150 each after)
- Your site stays online, stays fast, stays safe. I handle all of it
- Need something changed? Just email me
- Built to be found on Google
A $500 setup fee is due at signing to cover the design phase. Once your site launches, your 12-month plan begins at $175/month, so you're not paying while I'm building. After 12 months, you can cancel anytime. Your service runs through the end of your current paid month.

Let's talk
Quoted per project.
Whether it's a larger site, a web application, or a unique project, every business is different. Let's talk about what yours needs and I'll put together a quote that fits.
One new customer from your website pays for months of this service.
From a client
"He built the whole thing from scratch and since then, customers have walked in telling us how great our site looks. People we've never even met. It's bringing in new business that we wouldn't have had otherwise."

Frequently asked questions
Why a 12-month commitment, and what if I cancel early?
Building a quality website takes real time and effort. The 12-month commitment lets me invest that time into doing it right.
If you cancel before the 12 months are up, the remaining balance of the commitment is due. For example, canceling at month 6 means you'd owe the remaining 6 months. That protects the time I've already invested into your project.
What happens after the 12 months?
Ownership of the site transfers to you and your plan converts to month-to-month. You can cancel anytime, and your service runs through the end of your current paid month. If you do cancel, I'll hand over all the files and make the transition as smooth as possible.
Do I own the website?
During the 12-month commitment, I retain ownership and you have full rights to use it. Once you complete the commitment, ownership transfers to you automatically. You always own your domain. I'll never hold that hostage.
What about updates after launch?
Text changes, new photos, adding a service, seasonal tweaks. All part of the plan. If you need something updated, just email me. I'm not going to nickel and dime you for small stuff.
Major overhauls or adding a bunch of new pages would be scoped as a separate project. But for normal ongoing changes? You're covered.
How fast do edits get done?
Most small updates are completed within 2-3 business days. Larger requests like new pages or sections typically take 1-2 weeks.
Just send me an email when you need something changed. Keeps everything documented so nothing falls through the cracks.
What's included in hosting?
Your customers' information is protected, your site stays online, and I handle all the technical stuff so you don't have to think about it.
Do you build e-commerce sites?
I focus on service-based businesses with brochure-style sites. If you need a full online store with inventory, shopping carts, and payment processing, that's a different kind of project. Reach out and we can talk about whether it's a fit.
What do you need from me?
The biggest thing I'll need is information about your business: what you do, who your customers are, what makes you different. Most of that happens in one 30-minute call. After that, I handle the heavy lifting. Send over your logo files and a few photos if you have them. If you don't have content written, I offer a copywriting service so you don't have to write a word.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
We do two rounds of feedback during the build process. First round is for the overall direction. If it's way off, we adjust. Second round is for the details. Your site has to feel like your business. If something isn't landing by the second round, we figure it out together.
